What is your shipping policy?
Small original paintings will be packed by me and shipped via USPS. Larger paintings will be professionally packed and shipped via UPS or FEDEX. ALL ORIGINAL ART will be insured for purchase price. Prints will be drop-shipped from the printing company.
When will my art arrive?
For original art, I ship within 2-3 business days via USPS, FEDEX 2-Day, or UPS 3-Day Air. (Contact me for international shipping options.) Prints go into a queue at the printing company and may take a week before being created. Another 5-7 business days should be added for shipping time.
If you need an item to be expedited, additional shipping costs will be charged. Please contact me and I will provide you with appropriate options and the added expense involved.
What is your policy on Returns/Refunds?
Your satisfaction is important to me. You may, for any reason, return your painting or other art piece within two weeks of receipt. Please use the original packing material, insure the art for its purchase price, and notify me of tracking information. Upon receipt in original condition, I will refund your costs less shipping.
